Norm Trapp, P.Eng., and Ralf Southwell, MCIP, formed Southwell Trapp & Associates Ltd. more than 15 years ago and each brings over twenty years of engineering and planning experience to the Company. Most of this experience is based in Western Canada and has been gained through working as consultants for private developers, municipalities and other levels of government in Alberta and British Columbia.
